Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore provider in the Philippines, seeks a Software Developer to join our onsite Parañaque team. You will monitor and maintain production cloud apps, troubleshoot incidents, and design serverless workflows using Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

Expect hands-on C# expertise, Azure integration experience, and a strong IaC/CI/CD skillset to automate deployments, enhance telemetry, and ensure cloud reliability.

Qualifications

• Deep, practical knowledge of C# development for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience building and managing Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure Storage.
• Proficiency using Azure DevOps, Git, Bicep, and YAML to automate cloud infrastructure deployments.
• Skills in Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics for telemetry and observability.
• Full-time availability during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production cloud applications and distributed integration services.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deploy fixes.
• Design and develop serverless workflows and integrations using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
• Build and manage automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, Bicep, and YAML.
• Analyze application telemetry, metrics, and logs to optimize system performance and cloud reliability.
• Coordinate deployment releases, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders.

• Advanced C# Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of C# development for enterprise applications.
• Azure Integration Ecosystem: Hands‑on experience building and managing Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure Storage solutions.
• Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD: Proven proficiency using Azure DevOps, Git, Bicep, and YAML to automate cloud infrastructure deployments.
• Cloud Telemetry & Observability: Strong skills in tracking application health with Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics.
• AEST Shift Alignment: Full‑time availability during business hours aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Preferred Skills/Expertise

• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking architectures, including Virtual Networks (VNets).
• Proficiency with modern AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
• Background managing complex enterprise integrations and distributed system topologies.
