MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Back-End Developer to build and maintain robust, scalable backend applications and APIs, translating business needs into efficient server-side logic and data structures.

You'll integrate third-party services, troubleshoot and improve performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule. Remote work setup with flexible shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of backend development experience with languages such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Proficiency with Git and standard development workflows.
