Responsibilities

• Good analytical and issue debugging (troubleshooting) skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce user setup, permissions, role hierarchy, profile management, and user creation.
• Manage reports, dashboards, and data loads.
• Ensure effective use of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI is a plus.
• Knowledge of Git and Bitbucket.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team members and clients.
• Coordinate and meet deliverables with clients and fellow staff.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Comprehend client requirements quickly and provide feasible technical solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Understanding of Salesforce.com platform across platform administration, development, data management, integration, security, and deployment.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of developing APEX classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, controllers, workflows, and REST API integration.
• Experience creating roles, profiles, page layouts, workflow rules, and approval processes.
• Adherence to Software Development Life Cycle processes and Force.com configuration best practices.
• Custom development experience in Force.com (Apex, Visualforce), Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a relevant engineering degree.
• Nice to have: Salesforce.com Administrator and App Builder certifications.
• Experience in support activities is an added advantage.
