Job summary

Guerilla 360 Integrated Solutions is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join a hybrid team in Makati. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and collaborating with IT to implement effective solutions. Strong data analysis and BI tool proficiency are essential.

The candidate will gather requirements, develop documentation, and mentor junior analysts while supporting strategic decision-making and project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven experience with data analysis, business process modeling, and requirements gathering.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including business cases and process maps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions meeting business needs.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for alignment and communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
• Other tasks to meet key performance indicators.
