Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of mall operations, property management, or soft facilities services experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing in‑house teams and third‑party service providers/contractors.
• Knowledge of local operations, regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Strong communication, report writing, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Basic budgeting, accounting, and cost control knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good project management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
