Asticom is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day soft facilities services across mall environments, including housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, pest control, and landscaping. You will lead in-house teams and manage contractors to meet SLAs, KPIs, and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years in mall operations or soft facilities services.
• Experience managing in-house teams and third-party providers.
• Knowledge of local operations regulations and industry standards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Basic budgeting and cost-control knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong project and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of soft facilities management services (housekeeping, hygiene, waste, pest control, landscaping).
• Manage service providers to meet SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and operational requirements.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with BICS standards, HSE requirements, policies, and legal standards.
• Oversee health and safety requirements, including inductions, work permits, safety audits, and SWMS.
• Coordinate with mall management, merchants, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage facilities-related incidents and emergencies due to weather, equipment failure or shortages.
• Monitor helpdesk requests, escalations, defects, and completed works for timely resolution and documentation.
• Prepare and review scope of works, budgets, reports and recommendations for projects and maintenance.
• Track and analyze operational data and performance, and report findings to management.
