Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required.
• Registered Social Worker (RSW) credential is required.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, training, or learning facilitation is preferred.
• Experience with children or persons with disabilities is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation, and case management skills are essential.
• Willingness to facilitate classroom and life skills activities.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and participate in community-based programs.

Responsibilities

About the role

This role involves providing direct instruction, academic support, social-emotional and behavioral intervention, and case management services to students with diverse physical, cognitive, or emotional disabilities. You will create and implement individualized educational plans, teach adapted core subjects and life skills, offer counseling and behavioral support, conduct home visits, and collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and community organizations to support learners' development.
