Job summary

VA Masters, a jewelry brand, seeks a creative Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the creative side of digital marketing. You’ll craft email campaigns, social ad creatives, and short-form videos from a seasonal image library, proactively pitching fresh ideas.

You’ll work closely with the creative director on direction, feedback, and final approval, delivering high-impact content with minimal supervision and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Proven background producing content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Practical experience with Mailchimp or a comparable email marketing platform
• Solid video editing skills for short-form and promotional content
• Proficiency in Photoshop or a similar image editing tool
• A sharp creative eye and the confidence to work up and pitch original ideas independently
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with little supervision
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Produce and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns each week, planning as much as a month of campaigns ahead
• Craft social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest from our seasonal image library
• Produce engaging short-form content, Reels and TikTok videos included
• Cut promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels
• Go over ad and campaign performance and assemble reports with recommendations
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas proactively
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use
• Partner closely with the creative director on direction, feedback, and final approval
