Job summary

Cleanfuel is hiring a Social Media Officer to strengthen its online presence and engage motorists across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will plan content calendars, produce posts and reels, write copy, and manage paid campaigns, while collaborating with the Brand Head and internal teams for campaigns and activations.

The role requires 2–3 years in social media or digital marketing, a degree in a related field, and strong writing with a good eye for visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management.
• Experience in agency or client-side environments is an advantage.
• Strong writing, creative judgment, and visual sense.
• Hands-on experience producing posts, reels, and short-form videos.
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, paid social campaigns, and social tools.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cleanfuel’s social media channels and online communities across major platforms.
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar and publishing schedule.
• Create engaging content for products, promotions, activations, and campaigns.
• Produce and coordinate social media posts, reels, shoots, and on-ground content.
• Write compelling social media copy and tailor content per platform.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer concerns.
• Analyze trends and performance to improve engagement and reach.
• Oversee paid social media campaigns to support brand objectives.
• Coordinate website content updates and align with brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand Head and cross-functional teams for content direction.
