Cleanfuel is hiring a Social Media Officer to strengthen its online presence and engage motorists across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The role requires 2–3 years in social media or digital marketing, a degree in a related field, and strong writing with a good eye for visuals.
At Cleanfuel, we are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media Officer who can help strengthen our online presence and keep the brand relevant to today’s motorists.

As a Social Media Officer, you will:
Manage Cleanfuel’s social media channels and online communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and manage the social media content calendar and publishing schedule.
Develop creative, relevant, and engaging content for products, promotions, activations, and brand campaigns.
Conceptualize, produce, and coordinate social media posts, reels, short-form videos, shoots, and on-ground content.
Write compelling social media copy and adapt content based on the requirements of each platform.
Manage comments, messages, reviews, and customer concerns across Cleanfuel’s social media channels.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to identify timely content opportunities.
Track and analyze social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience behavior.
Use social media insights and analytics to continuously improve content performance and engagement.
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to support brand and campaign objectives.
Coordinate website content updates to ensure that brand, product, promotional, and campaign information remains accurate and current.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed for content production, campaigns, and activations.
Work directly with the Brand Head on social media strategy, creative direction, campaigns, and content development.
Stay updated on emerging social media formats, trends, tools, and best practices that can help strengthen Cleanfuel’s digital presence.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, community management, or a related role.
Experience working in either an agency or client-side environment is an advantage.
Strong creative judgment, writing skills, and visual sense.
Hands-on experience in social media content creation and production.
Good understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, audience behavior, and platform trends.
Proficient in Meta Business Suite, paid social media, and social media management tools.
