• Plan and maintain content calendars and posting schedules
• Track and analyze social media performance, insights, and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer support teams to strengthen brand reputation and campaign performance
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
