Job summary

LinkedHelpers is seeking an experienced Multidisciplinary Designer to take creative projects from concept to launch, delivering polished work across websites, landing pages, Shopify, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

You will support organic social campaigns, including planning, content creation, publishing, and performance review, while ensuring branding remains consistent and original creative thinking is applied.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, web design, social media, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level design skills.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals, typography, layout, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience designing landing pages and websites; Shopify experience preferred.
• Strong written English and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

We are looking for someone with strong visual judgment, attention to detail, a natural eye for design, and the ability to create polished, professional work across websites, landing pages, Shopify, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

You will also support the execution of organic social media, including planning, content creation, publishing, and performance review.

Job Type: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week (Monday to Friday)

Schedule: Singapore Business HoursSalary: PHP 40,000/month with Benefits (PhilHealth, SSS, HMO, Internet Allowance) for 1 Year Probationary Period

• Strong natural eye for design with a solid understanding of design fundamentals and visual aesthetics
• Experience designing landing pages and websites
• Experience working with Shopify
• Strong understanding of social media content and organic social strategy
• Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Ability to create both static and short-form video content
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to consistently produce work that aligns with an established brand identity
• Genuine creative ability and the ability to develop original concepts with a personal creative touch
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Your portfolio will be an important part of the evaluation process. Portfolios will be reviewed not only for the projects included, but also for overall presentation, visual judgment, attention to detail, and fundamental design skills.
