Job summary

LinkedHelpers is seeking an experienced Multidisciplinary Designer to take creative projects from concept to launch, delivering polished work across websites, landing pages, Shopify, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

You will support organic social campaigns, including planning, content creation, publishing, and performance review, while ensuring branding remains consistent and original creative thinking is applied.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, web design, social media, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level design skills.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals, typography, layout, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience designing landing pages and websites; Shopify experience preferred.
• Strong written English and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, professional visual designs across digital platforms.
• Design and build landing pages and website features.
• Create and update content and visuals for Shopify.
• Design email campaigns, social media graphics, TikTok/Reels content, and paid advertisements.
• Develop concepts from idea through final execution.
• Plan and manage organic social media content calendars.
• Create storyboards and concepts for short-form video content.
• Edit graphics, photos, and videos for social media.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Coordinate UGC and other creative assets.
• Support community engagement and day-to-day social media management.
• Maintain consistent branding across all creative materials.
• Understand and apply brand guidelines with a strong on-brand vs off-brand distinction.
• Bring original creative thinking and a personal design touch to projects.
