Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and support digital, print, product, and marketing design requirements. You will produce high-quality visual assets in line with brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and is comfortable delivering both digital and print designs from a home-based setup in Manila.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the team and support a wide range of digital, print, product, and marketing design requirements. The role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets while ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and is comfortable working across both digital and print design projects.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Product Artwork

• Create and update packaging artwork and product-related designs.
• Develop visual assets that align with product specifications and brand standards.
• Edit and enhance product photography as required.

Website & Social Media Graphics

• Design visual content for websites and digital platforms, including:
• Website banners
• Landing page graphics
• YouTube thumbnails
• Social media images and graphics
• Ensure all digital assets are visually engaging, on-brand, and suitable for their intended platform.

Sales & Marketing Assets

• Create internal and external sales and product materials, including:
• Brochures
• Sales sheets
• Fitout guides
• Product presentations and supporting assets
• Collaborate with relevant teams to translate product and marketing requirements into effective visual materials.

Photo Library Management

• Catalog, organise, and maintain the company's photo library.
• Ensure product and marketing images are properly organised and easy to locate.
• Maintain consistency and quality across the company's visual assets.

Tradeshow & Event Design

• Design creative assets for tradeshows and events, including booth and display artwork.
• Ensure designs effectively represent the brand and products in physical event environments.

Brand Management

• Uphold brand style and visual identity across all creative outputs.
• Ensure consistency in typography, imagery, layouts, colours, and overall brand presentation.
• Review existing materials and make design updates where needed to maintain brand standards.

Required Skills & Experience
