Job Overview

We’re seeking a versatile and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate the digital presence of one of our key brands. This dynamic role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy—you’ll be the voice of the brand, responsible for crafting compelling visuals, engaging videos, and data-driven content strategies that connect with our audience.

We’re looking for a self-starter who can produce beautiful graphics, tell a story through video, and leverage performance data to refine and optimize social campaigns.

Requirements

Content Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
• Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community interaction across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.

Creative Production (Design & Video)

• Design high-quality social media graphics, ads, and promotional assets that align with brand identity.
• Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) to highlight products, services, and brand experiences.

Data & Analytics

• Track key social metrics including follower growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Prepare concise monthly reports with actionable insights to improve content strategy.

Brand Growth & Trends

• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s aesthetic, voice, and values.
• Stay current on social media trends and industry insights to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for creating professional visuals.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or InShot.
• Comfortable analyzing data with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Strong written communication skills for captions, copy, and community engagement.
• Interest in golf or knowledge of the golf industry is a plus, but not required.
