Job summary

Ageless Beauty Sanctuary Corporation (ABS) in Makati is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to oversee our brands’ presence across platforms, craft content, manage calendars, and drive engagement with performance-driven decisions. This hybrid role requires on-site collaboration 3–4 days per week, with standard hours 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.

Ideal candidates have proven social media management experience for brands, strong knowledge of Meta tools, and basic Canva/CapCut editing skills to support

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for brands or clients (agency or beauty / aesthetic / wellness background is a big plus).
• Strong grasp of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and social platform best practices.
• Skilled in content planning, copywriting, and basic graphic/video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Comfortable reading and reporting on performance data.
• Organized, decisive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to report on-site in Makati on scheduled days.

What You'll Do

• Direct and manage our social media pages across assigned brands, making day-to-day content and community decisions

Schedule & Setup

• Full-time
• Hybrid — a mix of on-site (Makati) and work-from-home days each week (typically 3–4 on-site days)
• Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rest day: Sunday
• Office: La Fuerza Plaza, Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City
