Job summary

Ageless Beauty Sanctuary Corporation (ABS) in Makati seeks a proactive Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day content and community decisions across our brands. You will plan content calendars, tailor branding messages, and coordinate with marketing, booking, and analytics teams.

Ideal candidates have proven social media management experience for brands, proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva or CapCut for basic edits, and the ability to report on performance data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for brands or clients (agency or beauty/wellness background a plus).
• Strong grasp of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and social platform best practices.
• Skilled in content planning, copywriting, and basic graphic/video editing (Canva/CapCut).
• Comfortable reading and reporting on performance data.
• Organized, decisive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

• Direct and manage our social media pages across assigned brands, making day-to-day content and community decisions
• Plan and maintain content calendars, branding, and messaging tailored to each brand
• Conduct hashtag and SEO research to grow reach and engagement
• Support our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising — daily monitoring, weekly performance reports, and creative and A/B-testing recommendations
• Coordinate with our marketing, booking, and analytics teams
• Take ownership of the social media function and propose improvements as we grow

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media for brands or clients (agency or beauty / aesthetic / wellness background is a big plus)

Schedule & Setup

• Full-time · Hybrid — a mix of on-site (Makati) and work-from-home days each week (typically 3–4 on-site days)
• Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rest day: Sunday
