Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist in planning, creating, scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Spaces).
• Digital Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging and creative content, including text, images, videos and infographics, tailored to the target audience.
• Copywriting and Editing: Provide clear, consistent messaging aligned with the company’s voice and tone across all digital communications. Apply basic SEO principles to digital platforms.
• Website Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining company website content, ensuring it is current, accurate and aligned with the company’s messaging.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using available digital performance tools. Prepare regular reports on key metrics.
• Community Engagement: Engage with online community by responding to comments, messages and reviews in a timely, compliant and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Business, etc.).
• Creativity in content creation and campaign development.
