Job summary

88 Prestige Brands Inc. is seeking a Social Media Content Creator based in the Philippines. The role is full-time or freelance, focusing on creating engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

The candidate should be confident on camera, creative, and able to adapt scripts with their own personality. The starting salary is ₱25,000 per month with regularization increased pay and an additional commission on GMV generated by influencers/KOLs you recruit and manage.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a young, energetic, and outgoing Filipino Content Creator who can bring products to life through engaging short-form videos!

If you love TikTok, creating content, being on camera, and connecting with people, this could be the role for you.

WHAT WE OFFER

Earn an additional commission on the GMV generated by influencers/KOLs you successfully recruit and manage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create engaging short-form videos based on company scripts, product information, and creative direction

• Be on camera and present products naturally, confidently, and creatively

• Film and publish content mainly on TikTok, as well as Facebook and Instagram

• Learn our products, key selling points, and content requirements

• Follow provided scripts while adding your own personality and creativity

• Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral formats, sounds, and content styles

• Brainstorm fresh and engaging content ideas

• Help grow and build our social media presence

GROW INTO AN INFLUENCER / KOL ROLE

Once you're familiar with our products and content, you'll also have the opportunity to work with Filipino influencers and content creators.

You will:

Find and reach out to potential influencers/KOLs
Invite creators to produce content featuring our products
Build and maintain relationships with selected creators
Coordinate influencer content from initial outreach to publication
Earn commission based on the GMV generated by influencers you successfully recruit and manage

Good communication skills

Experience in content creation, TikTok, live selling, or influencer outreach is a plus
