Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist for a 2-year fixed-term contract to drive growth across social platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Meta Commerce. You will own demand generation, platform operations, and analytics while collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional teams.

You will manage livestreams, creator collaborations, and retail media investments, translating brand objectives into actionable campaigns with strong ROI focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital commerce, social media marketplaces, or retail media.
• Ability to plan and activate campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Data-driven with track record of improving GMV and shopper conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta, and affiliate channels.
• Lead end-to-end platform operations and campaign execution.
• Develop insights and recommendations to improve sales and media ROI.
• Coordinate with partners, agencies, and internal teams to implement plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth.
