Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist on a 2-year fixed-term contract in Mangahan, Philippines. This role focuses on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta Commerce, and affiliate/creator ecosystems, driving GMV and shopper penetration.

You will partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Platform Partners to plan and execute demand generation, operations, and analytics, delivering strong performance across managed platforms.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in digital commerce or related fields.
• Experience in social commerce, retail media, and performance marketing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive GMV, orders, and shopper penetration across social commerce platforms.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution and platform operations.
• Develop regular commercial and media reviews with stakeholders.
• Translate objectives into actionable campaign plans with budgets and KPIs.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
