Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist on a 2-year fixed-term contract to drive growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta Commerce, Affiliate, Livestream and Creator Commerce.

You will own end-to-end demand generation, platform operations, and analytics, delivering GMV, orders, shopper penetration and media effectiveness while partnering with Marketing, Supply Chain and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in digital commerce or social media marketing preferred.
• Strong understanding of social commerce platforms and retail media.
• Ability to translate business goals into campaign plans and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation across social commerce channels.
• Coordinate platform operations, activations, and promotions within budget.
• Generate insights from data to improve GMV, orders, and ROAS.
