Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced individual to develop and optimize automated assembly processes for electronic components in Cavite. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in System Mounted Technology (SMT) and PCB Assembly.
- Graduate of BS ECE, BS EE, or BS ME.
- Experience with automated assembly processes for electronic components.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize automated assembly processes.
- Program pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens.
- Troubleshoot soldering defects and maintain production equipment.
Skills
Problem-solving techniques
Controlling Production Operations
Monitoring and inspecting products
Knowledge of Integrated Management System (IMS)
Knowledge of QC Tools and FMEA
Knowledgeable on electromechanical pneumatics
