• Inspects, tests and evaluates incoming new production machines and equipment.
• Prepares maintenance schedule for all the machine and equipment all throughout the year.
• Makes sure that the maintenance is completely performed and well documented.
• Updates machine and equipment working status.
• Handles the issuance and revision of programs for equipment used by production for their inspection process.
• Participates in group or quality meetings (i.e. market claims or internal claims)
• Provides analysis and disposition of machine’s trouble report.
• Processes temporary countermeasures for broken or damaged equipment.
• Prepares spare parts and auxiliary item requests each month for production use.
• Prepares and updates the machine cookbook which consists of equipment troubleshooting procedures.
• Discuss to the production the proper use of machine and equipment.
• Requires knowledge of electronic equipment used in the production area. Have initiative in performing assigned tasks.
• Must be a computer literate.
• Requires College Graduate
• Preferably with experience in a related field but not required
