Job summary

Smart Home Philippines is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth by identifying prospects, understanding needs, and recommending smart home solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle and build strong client relationships through product demonstrations and effective presentations.

You will lead negotiations, nurture opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and provide client training to ensure successful product usage and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales experience or related work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability in sales and sales management to meet targets.
• Experience in providing client training on products.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Ability to collaborate within teams and independently.
• Familiarity with smart home technology or IoT is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential customers to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships for repeat sales.
