Qualifications

• Math Skills: Basic arithmetic and accuracy for cash handling and transactions.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Welcome customers and identify needs with product recommendations and demonstrations.
• Sales & Promotion: Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting promotions or loyalty programs.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, restock shelves, set up displays, and ensure accurate pricing tags.
• Transactions: Use POS systems to process cash/card payments, handle returns, and issue refunds.
• Conflict Resolution: Listen to complaints and resolve with empathy and professionalism.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and store policies.
