Job summary

Smarthouse Corporation is seeking an Office/Site Engineer to oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, focusing on electrical systems and smart home integration. You will coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

You will liaise between the office and field teams, manage contractors, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Years of experience in construction or site engineering, focusing on electrical systems, smart home tech, or building construction.
• Experience on large-scale residential, commercial, or smart home integration projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Safety certifications (OSHA, First Aid, etc.).
