Job summary

Share Pro Inc. is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to support project construction management across multiple sites. The role involves coordinating schedules, costs, and quality while reviewing plans, specs, and contracts to ensure proper implementation.

Ideal candidates will have mid-rise construction experience and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Smartsheet. Willingness to travel to project sites and work Monday-Saturday is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed Civil Engineer with valid professional license.
• Experience in construction management, site supervision, or project engineering.
• Mid-rise construction experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in scheduling, cost monitoring, scope management, quality control, and project implementation.
• Able to interpret construction plans, technical specifications, contracts, and other project documents.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Strong technical, analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday and be assigned to a project site.
• Willing to be assigned to multiple project locations within the region.
• Driving is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project/Construction Manager in implementing construction management activities (time, cost, scope, quality, safety).
• Monitor approved construction schedule and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Review construction plans, specs, contracts, and design documents to support proper implementation.
• Monitor project costs, minimize change orders, and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of Owner Supplied Materials and onboarding of contractors/suppliers.
• Conduct site meetings, walkthroughs, and progress monitoring for quality and timely issue resolution.
• Provide technical leadership at the project site and oversee implementation of activities.
• Assist in developing and improving construction management policies and procedures.
