Job summary

Smarthouse Corp is seeking a Project Site Engineer to oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, with emphasis on electrical systems and smart home integration. You will coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensure work follows plans, specs, and safety standards, and liaise between office and field teams.

You will manage contractors, monitor progress against schedule and budget, and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Years of experience in construction or project site engineering, focusing on electrical systems, smart home technologies, or building construction.
• Experience on large-scale residential, commercial, or smart home integration projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• Safety certifications (OSHA, First Aid, etc.).

Responsibilities
