Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed and Registered Architect (RLA).
• At least 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or construction, preferably in residential or building projects.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction details, specifications, and building codes.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on project sites and travel when required.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor architectural works and activities at the project site.
• Ensure that construction works are implemented according to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, and other technical documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with design requirements.
• Identify and resolve architectural and site-related issues and provide appropriate technical recommendations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that architectural works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the design and construction teams regarding revisions, site conditions, and design changes.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and other required project records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
