Job summary

Smarthouse Corporation is seeking a Project Site Engineer to oversee technical aspects of construction projects, focusing on electrical systems and smart home integration. You will coordinate field operations, supervise contractors, and ensure adherence to plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The role requires a Civil/Electrical/Construction Management background, strong leadership, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Years of experience in construction or project site engineering, focusing on electrical systems, smart home technologies, or building construction.
• Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or smart home integration projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, and electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required).
• Safety certifications (OSHA, First Aid, etc.).
