This role requires bold, resilient, proactive problem-solving to hold production teams accountable without compromising quality. You will monitor queues, audit outputs, and escalate issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in process auditing, quality assurance or operations management in a high-volume, client-facing environment.
• Exceptional assertiveness and communication skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and enforce deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to track complex schedules and monitor multiple production queues.
• Willingness to work daily US business hours, including graveyard shift.
• CPA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SLA adherence and monitor client delivery against schedules.
• Follow up with production teams to meet deadlines and address bottlenecks.
• Audit outgoing deliverables for completeness and timeliness before client transmission.
• Generate daily shift reports on SLA performance and blockers.
