Job summary

Edata Services is seeking a Process Auditor to enforce SLAs, monitor daily production, and ensure accurate, on-time client deliverables during graveyard shifts in Taguig. The role requires CPA certification, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience in high-volume, client-facing settings.

The candidate must be assertive, detail-oriented, and able to design tracking workflows and SOPs while coordinating with production teams to uphold service commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in process auditing or QA in a high-volume, client-facing environment.
• CPA is mandatory and current.
• Willingness to work US hours and graveyard shift.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SLAs and ensure timely client deliverables.
• Monitor production workflow and push for on-time completion.
• Prepare and present daily SLA performance reports.
• Design and implement end-to-end tracking processes and SOPs.
