Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a US Junior Auditor to join our Philippines team in a challenging, growth-focused environment. You will conduct end-to-end audits for North American clients, analyze complex financial structures, and identify risks to ensure regulatory compliance.

You should have at least 2 years in public accounting, a BA/Accountancy degree, and strong US GAAS knowledge. The role features a Monday–Friday night shift with onsite operations at multiple Philippine locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Knowledge of US GAAS and US financial reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits, reviews, compilations, and due diligence for US-based clients.
• Perform advanced testing of high-risk accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
• Draft and finalize workpapers, financial statements, and management letters.
• Act as audit in-charge where required and coordinate with senior staff.
