Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a US Intermediate Auditor in the Philippines. The role involves leading end-to-end audits for North American clients, including planning, testing, and reporting, with a focus on high-quality engagements and adherence to US GAAP/GAAS.

You will manage diverse client engagements, perform deep-dive testing on high-risk areas, and supervise junior staff to ensure compliance with firm standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement Strategy: take ownership of diverse client engagements including audits, reviews, compilations, and due diligence.
• Advanced Technical Testing: focus on high-risk accounts with deep-dive analysis and regulatory adherence.
• Quality Assurance & Lifecycle Management: manage workpapers, financial statements, and management letters, address QC feedback.
• Audit In-Charge & Reviewer: guide engagements and review junior staff to ensure standards.
