Job summary

Edata Services in the Philippines is seeking a Process Auditor to enforce SLAs and production timelines during the graveyard shift, ensuring client commitments are transmitted accurately and on schedule. You will monitor daily metrics, audit outgoing deliverables, and follow up with production teams to prevent delays, escalating issues to management when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or operations management in a high-volume client-facing environment (BPO/KPO experience preferred).
• Exceptional assertiveness and communication skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and enforce deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to track complex schedules and monitor multiple production queues.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• Willingness and capability to consistently work a daily US Hours Shift.

Responsibilities

• SLA Enforcement & Client Delivery: Continuously track and monitor daily production metrics to ensure adherence to client SLAs.
• Audit outgoing deliverables for completeness and timeline compliance prior to client transmission.
• Production Oversight & Accountability: Follow up with production floor personnel and supervisors on pending tasks and deadlines.
• Daily Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily task queues and real-time status during the graveyard shift; generate daily shift reports.
• Process Design & Tool Implementation: Set up tracking workflows; configure and maintain tracking tools and SOPs.
