Based in Cebu , the ideal candidates will excel at building strong client relationships, increasing product awareness, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Focus on hair and skincare products
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through new business development and strong customer engagement.
• Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to optimize product positioning and strategy.
• Product Training & Education: Educate clients on product benefits and proper usage.
• Reporting & Analysis: Submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales or marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
