Job Opportunity: Skincare Sales & Client Specialist

Salary Range: Php 25,000 – 30,000

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule, 6 days/week

Locations:

• EDSA Shangri-La, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong (1 vacancy)
• UP Town Center, Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City (1 vacancy)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Sales

• Warmly welcome clients and build rapport to understand skincare concerns and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and recommend appropriate skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
• Clearly explain product benefits, usage, and expected outcomes.
• Drive individual and clinic retail sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Address client inquiries, manage objections, and maintain proactive follow-up communications.

Product Knowledge & Inventory

• Stay current on all skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
• Support product merchandising and inventory control to ensure availability and appealing displays.
• Participate in product training sessions and share knowledge with the team.

Client Relationship Management

• Develop long-term relationships through personalized care and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote participation in promos, loyalty programs, and referral initiatives.
• Accurately document client profiles, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration & Compliance

• Coordinate with aestheticians, doctors, and clinic staff to ensure seamless client care.
• Adhere strictly to clinic policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.
