Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt leading large-scale initiatives.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 3–5 Six Sigma projects completed with measurable results.
• Experience resolving critical business, operational, or customer issues.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven background driving organizational change and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve critical operational, business, and customer-impacting challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to implement sustainable business solutions.
• Support organizational change management efforts and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Leverage innovative approaches and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
