• Manpower & power tools loading: Manage materials, labor, and equipment.
• Quality control and inspections: Inspect materials, workmanship, and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Resource and budget management: Track material and labor usage, report costs, assist in estimating and ordering. Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available on-site in line with project schedules.
• Supervise construction work: Oversee daily activities, guide subcontractors and laborers, and ensure execution matches plans.
• Project coordination: Communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, project managers, and authorities.
• Documentation: Prepare progress billing reports. Submit weekly accomplishment reports on project progress, including material deployment and timeline status.
• Health, safety & environmental compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct site safety inspections, ensure regulatory adherence.
