• Recommend and implement strategies for property conversions and value optimization.
• Develop tools, templates, and best practices to improve site acquisition efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and tools relevant to site acquisition.
• Build and nurture a strong network of property owners, brokers, and industry contacts to uncover new opportunities.
• Propose policy and process improvements to enhance acquisition workflows and operational efficiency.
