Borland Development Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Civil Engineer to inspect all construction stages—site works, housing, and amenities—and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specs. You will review technical drawings and provide on-site technical support for accurate implementation.

Responsibilities include material inspections, NCRs, contractor billings, punch listings, and reporting, while coordinating with clients and the project team and enforcing safety,

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Knowledge of basic construction methods and knows how to read construction plans.
• Willing to be relocated as needed and amenable to working in Tarlac.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all stages of construction—including site works, housing units, and amenities—to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct material inspections, issue non-compliance reports (NCRs), and monitor rectification of defects.
• Review technical drawings and provide on-site technical support to ensure accurate implementation.
• Process and validate contractor billings, perform punch listings, and prepare required reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the project team while enforcing safety, health, and environmental standards.
