Qualifications

- Licensure as Civil Engineer preferred.
- Knowledge of basic construction methods and reading construction plans.
- Willing to relocate as needed.
- Amenable to work in Bulacan.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all stages of construction to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Review technical drawings and provide on-site technical support to ensure accurate implementation.
- Process and validate contractor billings, perform punch listings, and prepare required reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the project team while enforcing safety, health, and environmental standards.
