Job summary

CollegeSearch is seeking a Site Supervisor in Hinoba-an, Philippines, to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is carried out per approved drawings and specifications, and to monitor manpower and contractor performance.

You will lead quality control, coordinate with consultants, architects, and project managers, manage measurements and billing, plan progress, supervise material usage, and uphold safety and documentation standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is performed per approved drawings and specifications.
• Quality Control: inspect materials and workmanship to meet specifications; coordinate inspections and tests.
• Drawing & Technical Coordination: study and interpret structural and architectural drawings; coordinate with consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Measurements & Billing: take site measurements; prepare BOQ quantities, RA bills, measurement sheets, and work completion reports; verify contractor bills.
• Planning & Progress: prepare daily/weekly work plans; track progress against schedules; report delays and identify corrective actions.
• Material Management: prepare material requirements; monitor receipt, storage, and consumption; avoid wastage.
• Safety: enforce site safety procedures; coordinate with the safety team; report unsafe conditions and incidents.
• Labor & Subcontractor Management: monitor labour attendance and productivity; allocate work to workers/subcontractors; coordinate with supervisors and contractors.
• Documentation: maintain daily progress reports, site registers, inspection reports, measurements, and photographs.
