Quest Exploration Drilling, Inc. seeks a dedicated Project Administrator/Safety Officer to support on-site operations in the Philippines. You will handle office administration, safety compliance, reporting, and coordination with field teams to ensure smooth project execution.

You will manage records, assist HR with local recruitment, liaise with government agencies, and prepare daily/weekly reports while promoting a strong safety culture across multiple sites in the region.

Competenze

• Graduate of any 4-year related course, preferably a management course.
• Must have completed the BOSH/COSH 40-hour Course in Safety.
• At least 1 year of experience in Occupational Health and Safety-related functions.
• Must be from oil & gas, quarrying, construction, mining, or drilling industries.

Mansioni

• Office administration, record-keeping and project funds management.
• Coordinate HR recruitment and local employee placement.
• Ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements and safety regulations.
• Liaise with local government agencies (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Prepare daily/weekly safety and operations reports and minutes.
• Conduct site visits to reinforce safety messaging and policy adherence.
