Quest Exploration Drilling (Philippines), Inc is seeking an experienced Driller to operate and supervise drilling operations across various sites in the Philippines. The role emphasizes safety, equipment maintenance, and effective communication with the crew.

Responsibilities include rig operation, monitoring drilling parameters, training helpers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Willing to be assigned to various sites in the Philippines is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• High-order literacy and numeracy with technical drilling knowledge.
• Can troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• Self-starter who can operate autonomously.
• Can communicate in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Understand multiple drilling methods, surface and underground.
• Operate the rig efficiently; keep hole open and stable to target depth.
• Use circulating fluid and gear to ensure core recovery and hole stability.
• Monitor panel instruments (pressure gauges, weight indicators).
• Operate drill rig; monitor speed and feed to optimize drilling rate.
• Train drill helpers and provide guidance to crew.
• Ensure PPE use and safety toolbox meetings daily.
