• Prepare drilling strategies, plans, schedules, and safety protocols for execution.
• Monitor drilling performance, manage resources, and optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with the drilling engineering team to develop drilling plans and strategies.
• Prepare detailed drilling operation situation reports and daily activity logs.
