Job summary

V2X Inc. in the Philippines (LOGCAP) seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations under the Deputy Task Order Manager. You will supervise personnel, drive planning, execution, and leadership for LOGCAP functions at the assigned location.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, CDRL reporting, and performance monitoring, while developing workflows to improve efficiency. Strong leadership, collaboration and a customer-focused approach are required to deliver mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired.
• PMP certification desired; CAC eligibility and US citizenship required.
• Five to eight years as a manager in a multi-discipline environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deputy Task Order Manager with day-to-day operations of the site.
• Ensure CDRL reporting is completed within timelines and standards.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and reports for operational activities.
• Monitor performance of department managers and ensure task submission.
• Develop functional strategy and forecasting for operations.
• Support planning efforts and monitor contractual performance.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and advise on operations.
• Create and maintain records and ensure proper filing of documents.
• Develop operational processes and workflows for efficient resource use.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to staff.
• Align location goals with Vectrus objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
