Job summary

V2X in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Coordinator/Graphic Designer to support the LOGCAP program. Under the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain process workflows, and help translate requirements into clear graphical materials for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong organization, solid English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of directly related operations experience.
• A minimum of four (4) years of technical experience.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Adobe credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Managers to monitor compliance with the PWS, FAR, DA regulations, POs and SOPs.
• Assist leadership with development of briefs and project objectives using graphic designer software.
• Develop project briefs, storyboards, schedules, and collateral using MS PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other tools.
• Design and produce digital graphics; establish graphical standards for layouts and presentations.
• Collaborate with operational staff to create graphics for print or web and deliver briefing materials.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and reports related to operational activities.
