Job summary

V2X, located in the Philippines, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead field maintenance and recovery operations supporting the LOGCAP V program. You will manage a multi-national maintenance workforce, plan services, oversee bench stock, and ensure equipment readiness and safety with GCSS-Army and Maximo-EAM tools.

The role requires 4–6 years in maintenance and supply management, with at least 3 years in leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of maintenance and supply management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience maintaining Stryker Family of Tactical Wheeled Vehicles.
• Experience with Maximo® Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License.
• GCSS-Army certification is required.
• Holding H8 (Recovery Operations) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain successful NACI background for CAC.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel engaged in field-level maintenance and recovery operations.
• Plans and schedules maintenance and services for all assigned equipment.
• Prepares personnel work schedules and monitors performance of subordinates.
• Hand Receipt Holder for tools, equipment, and spare parts assigned to the section.
• Utilizes GCSS-Army to manage daily maintenance related functions.
• Monitors work orders/production on all assigned equipment requiring corrective action.
• Tracks demand for PMCS and administrative services.
